IRL, a picture doesn't have to be a photograph. But see Rule 3? Any time you go to the Sidebar to create a post, there it is looking right at you. Here, I've copied and pasted it for you.

Well sure, a moderator can write whatever they want in the sidebar, that doesn't mean it makes any sense. If you like you can create a c/catpics and then put a rule in the sidebar saying we allow all content except for pictures of cats. Just because you CAN do that doesn't mean it makes sense to
Dude it's the rules. If you don't like them, make your own community. If you want them to be changed, be forthright about it and maybe make a meta discussion about it once to get a feel for it.
If you wanna post in this community, you need to follow the rules. It's actually pretty simple.
You clearly didn't read what i wrote. I said multiple times almost exactly what you just wrote.
