Oh it's a Martello tower. They're dotted along the coastline here. Each one can see the next.

I should've recognised it, but for the super low down view & more modern adjacent building! I used to live in Eastbourne where there's a few still standing. Where's this one?

Ah the angle doesn't help. I was standing on a path with a wall to the side and it's on elevated ground so I was well below the bottom of it. It just made for a nice picture.

This one is in north county Dublin.
