It was based on layout, pastel colours, font etc, basically any CV template found in Word.

Another example would be that one of the places made us throw out all the CV's dropped off by lasses straight in the bin because the supervisor didn't want any "competition". She was a bit of a cunt.

Another place automatically threw out any CVs that had pictures of the applicant on.

So that's an idea of what sort of management we had at these places.
