I'm up to two packages currently waiting at my door for me to come home. I think it's my new electric blanket and a soy milk maker, but I'm also expecting a Temu package including new watch bands/covers and random stuff.

I had previously bought an electric banket on a pre-order with Appliances Online, but their delivery has apparently been delayed so I got a refund. I ended up buying a cheaper blanket instead to give me enough money left over for the soy milk maker. It's not a brand I've ever seen before, so fingers crossed it's ok.
