since its proclamation, the prc has fought several border conflicts with india, conducted illegal agressions against the soviet union at damanskiy island and other locations, sided with the japanese (!) on the kuril islands dispute and conducted a deeply illegal and immoral expansionist invasion of vietnam to help out the khmer rouge régime.
it consistently gave material support to pretty much every regressive and reactionary force there was during the cold war and was a major contributing factor to the defeats the communist movement suffered during the late 80s and early 90s
How does the PRC view their actions during the Sino-Soviet split now?
Do they attribute it to the time before of the Gang of four and choose to not justify it?

Incredibly well said, and nice to see you have a decent amount of upvotes. It’s been great to see Hexbear’s position on China develop over the last few years into a more rigorous socialist one that is more open to criticism of the PRC. I remember a time when even the most mild criticism was an absolute non-starter on here.
Hexbear probably won't be able to create enough of a superstructure to change the material conditions we live in, so as much as we can clap ourselves it is important to remember that we're all influenced by our surrounding conditions, there are a lot of things I simply don't say because it's not the time and place. Lying isn't a bad thing, it's about how you use it.
It's easy to start taking victories for granted and eventually fall into dogmatism, once you stop questioning why things changed.
From what I understand, basically the entire userbase got purged and banned so now there are new people.
