To the first one: Um actually both China and Cuba. Mao and Castro got help from the US for a good while
In neither of those cases did the US "install" the new government, in any meaningful definition of the word

The CIA's precursor the OSS was formed to topple the nazis but technically not the CIA.
Even then the new government they installed was just as anti-communist as what it replaced.
