This is why I hate every job I've ever had, most folks seem to be more than happy to fuck each other over, act like your friend to your face but would be happy to stab you in the back for a dollar. I refuse to act like that and think its morally repugnant to engage in that behavior. Its heart wrenching how common its become

To make it worse, they actually need me, they are shooting themselves in the foot by doing that.

I don't mean I'm super-skilled, I mean that the turnover is so high, they are always low on manpower.
