Now that a based civic take I can stand with. One of the main reasons I see myself as a Democrat and not a Leftie is seeing the sheer purity testing where the left completely screws themselves out of any and all political capital. To be honest, it seems to me most lefties just want to endless critique power while fantasizing about smashing the walmart they're shopping at rather than change anything.
Not my left.
... Handy phrase to have when encountering "the left is" types of blanket statements to create an icon of hate to steer people's minds by.
