What will it mean for the 'AI' bubble to 'pop'? Will it get Copilot off my work computer? (hexbear.net)

When it pops, will the current pervasive LLM and Gen'AI' slop dry up as their companies go under? Will LLM and agentic chatbots be removed from all the apps that have been shoehorning them into everything? Or will just some companies go under, some stocks lose value and people's 401ks are hollowed out

The real estate bubble popped. Houses are still here.

The dotcom bubble popped. The internet is still here.

The AI bubble might pop - but those datacenters will get put to use. (Probably state-sponsored surveillance and analysis.)
