Yes this is epic levels of stupid, but is there a better outcome we could hope for given he’s dumb as shit? I can’t think of anything productive he’d be able to do unless the goal is to further destabilize the Middle East/start an actual war.

I had "continues to escalate until nukes" on my bingo card, I hadn't thought much of "gets bored and leaves broken toy on the floor".
Yep, I think nukes are going to happen. I think that's somehow the plan. Open up that avenue. Because then suddenly Russia can use them in Ukraine, Israel can use them against everyone, and the rest of the world crumble beneath the power of the nuclear states.
Call me cynical but this has been on my bingo card for decades and I think before all is said and done nukes are gonna fly.

While that may be true there's always the possibility that Trump just abandoned the middle east in its entirety rather than deal with this. Basically doing to everyone there what he did to the Kurds.
I think his goal is the same as it has been since 2016.
Destroy and divide America.
