I've never seen a non-white person complain about Latinx.
I've seen cis latine people and even binary trans latine people complain about it, and latine as well, personally. Navigating the discourse about it is kinda hell lol.
I definitely have, but it's the same sort of person who complains about singular they.
Come to my country and you'll see people get knocked out over using it
I've never heard a white person pronounce it correctly either.
ive heard people call latinx ugly and prefer latine or latinu. latinu is more common in brazil, latine (-e) is considered standard by the governments of cuba and argentina
