How do people like this even believe they're "far left." If you're a raging transphobe and zionist apologist you should realize that you're not actually "far left," fuck you're not even center left. Politics in the US are either Norwegian social democrats wanting free healthcare and genocide of the third world or American Christian Nationalists with various other flavors of naziism spread around for fun.
To people with no actual political theory, left just means good person, and how could someone be a better person than me?
