Since Al Aqsa Flood started a V22 Osprey has crashed with 8 servicemembers and a helicopter crashed in the Mediterranean carrying a full SF team. Everyone on both aircraft died.
Edit: I think they said 1 contractor died from a heart attack because of one of the missile strikes
