If a source you used was already posted by someone else, the autoMod will leave a message. Please remove your post if the autoMod is correct. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners.
The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

Michigan isn't red. And don't fucking kill yourself. I'm an old cis white dude, and if I can help fight for your rights, the least you can do is stick around to enjoy them, right?
I'm terrible at pep talks but just don't fucking kill yourself. There is beauty in the world you have yet to experience, and you make the world a more wondrous and beautiful place just by existing.
I'm in Iowa and that's a red state these days. If they want to kill me I won't go quietly, but I'd definitely rather die than detransition.
There are other options. They might involve not staying in Iowa, but hell suicide means leaving Iowa, too, so you might as well try another state.
The Arab Spring all started with a suicide.
Just something to think about.
Of all the Iowans to kill why one of the victims?
