How the fuck can 450m dollar fraud be victimless
It wasn't, the victims just can't be named due to scope.
The state serves as the people for the purpose of the lawsuit due to tax law. 450M is what he owes the state govt. not local bodies. He fucked over everyone else far harder with the dodges.

NY should go after other fuckers too. Starting with the ones that said "victimless". Could provide some funding for the state.
Yeah seriously. They should go after every guy who’s done shit like this, in every state. That’s what they’d do if the establishment was even half assed competent. But they aren’t willing to do that, because they’re either donors or elites don’t attack elites or whatever the reason may be, but it’s lending credence to the “this is a trump witch hunt” narrative.
Or you know maybe, other people aren't as brazen about it and it's much more difficult to prosecute.
Well that’s definitely part of it. Not that it makes me feel any better about it.
