Is sperm the part of semen that has the protein, if it does?? Is it just weird nothing goo nutritionally otherwise?
The part without the sperm is called seminal plasma, and its contents are the following (just remove the testes' contribution since that's what provides the sperm):
So it does have quite alot of nutrition even without the sperm, most notably protein (even without sperm), vitamin C, and sugars

Then I get in here and it's all jokes, except for one possible debunking of the article.
