Supposedly the terrorists who attacked during the US evacuation were “Uyghur,” but even western median pointed out how it’s the first time ISIS emphasized their attackers’ ethnicities. I don’t believe China did any islamophobic/anti uyghur fear mongering or even mentioned the attackers’ agenda or ethnicity, but the west was very adamant that ISIS-K is the new bad guy.
