This is basically my go to Pasta recipe. Just I use some vegan beef crumbles for protean, no tomatoes or zucchini because I don't like them

Looks good, especially with the Kalamata olives. I'd use a cheese substitute with it. Maybe try out the mozzarella almond cheese.

Edit: Somehow I ended up with two duplicate post,s so I deleted them.
