It seems like it's out in Europe somewhere, but I can't find it to buy in the USA. Maybe it's not out here yet? I can find a ton of reviews for it though so I'm confused.

Second does it have SteamVR integration?

Third are there other Headset's (not Meta) that have SteamVR integrated?

For your third question HTC Vive and PlayStation VR2 come to mind.

I thought the HTC vive needed a computer to run steam. Is that not the case? I don't have any windows systems left that are powerful enough to run VR so I'm trying to find a standalone system that doesn't make me rebuy all my games

There is no such thing. The Pico and Meta Quest have their own storefront, account, and library. The only way to play steamVR games is on a PC.

That being said, there have been rumors of a valve standalone headset for years now, though who knows when or if it releases.
