Duh, those countries want US protection from chinese aggression. That's why there are so many US bases all over the world, so so many countries want to be protected by the worlds most lethal fighting force and the US generously obliges because it's a source of peace and stability, unlike those communists who keep trying to destabilize, create civil war and murder an entire class of people just because they're jealous of what they own.
