Before looking it up I thought it was ice cream. What does it taste like exactly?
I had a Philippino version a couple of years ago and the closest analogies was oatmeal with brown sugar

Yeah it does
As MF coom said, brown sugar flavour. But the silken tofu basically has no texture and just falls apart in your mouth.
This one was hot, but in the summer you can get a cold one and the syrup is almost like icy slush.
