I had a Philippino version a couple of years ago and the closest analogies was oatmeal with brown sugar

As MF coom said, brown sugar flavour. But the silken tofu basically has no texture and just falls apart in your mouth.

This one was hot, but in the summer you can get a cold one and the syrup is almost like icy slush.

have you ever had savory douhua? like this but with chili oil and soy sauce and black vinegar instead of black sugar syrup. crushed peanut maybe. the best

nerd i believe the proper pinyin spelling of tofu is "dofu" not "doufu" nerd
