Trump is reacting to mostly normal polling numbers in month one, ...

Holy fuck guys. It's only been a month!? One goddammed month?! God it feels like it's been so long already. Only fucking 47 months left to go! deep breaths

I'm gonna go enter a chemically induced coma. If we still have elections by then, wake be up in November '28.

Lol, it won't be over in 47 months

Trump won't last 4 years.

Vance probably won't be able to handle it so the Federalists will try to place one of their members as king, and people are gonna be real confused when some guy they never heard of is now their king.

Musk is just going to take over, and that's probably what will be the end of Trump.

I’ve been existing in large clouds of weed smoke to help take the edge off, tbh

Ha ha ha. You think we're gonna have electricity in 47 months?

The polls in the article show that about half the country approves of his crap. I don't see anything devastating there since he got about half the vote. The headline is clickbait and the numbers say republicans are happy with what is going on in the US of Assholes. As for the all caps screaming, that's business as usual. The new republic needs to do better.

"Just 47 percent" but "nearly half, 48 percent" 🙄

These polls aren't as promising as they make it seem. It's a coin flip whether the American you're talking to is a nazi. Dark fucking times.

Headline really had me going, for a minute there I thought he literally blew up and we were saved.

Eh, the "savior" in that case would be JD Vance.

Fuck Polls. Fuck you if you're using polls for any justification or proof of anything at all ever.

I saw the poll numbers inanother news segment, but ultimately the exact number isn't the story here. It's

I won the Presidential Election in a landslide, won ALL SEVEN SWING STATES, THE POPULAR VOTE, AND ALL FIFTY STATES SHIFTED REPUBLICAN, a record, and now I have the best polling numbers I’ve ever had...

that tells you that Trump's sensitive snowflake fee-fees are hurt by the indications he is unpopular.

Trump uses them to feed his pride, so them dropping is pretty funny.

[–] jaggedrobotpubes@lemmy.world 9 points 3 months ago

I bet if he sucks even more and even harder that those numbers will HAVE to go the other way.

While I’d love to believe this, it’s pretty well known that New Republic pretty much equals sensationalism defined. They’re like Fox News for the left, with the caveat being that they’re more honest- but at the end of the day, it’s still loaded with bias. And sensationalistic headlines.

Democrats run by James Carville? Did I miss something?
