I went in completely blind and was completely blown away. The quality is just too good for a TV Series.
The 3D Animation is pretty similar to Spiderverse although not as polished. But it looks really good and where the show really shines is the perfect 3D->2D switch. The 2D Animation is very good and constantly changes between different artstyles as well which is just so peak.
And the soundtrack is handled by Hiroyuki Sawano which is as goated as every other Sawano soundtrack.
The story structure is not exactly as good though since it's supposed to have individual stories of 10? heroes instead of focusing on one character. So more like late One Punch Man. But the current arc for Nice has been pretty good so far and I'm excited about the next episode.
This anime has basically replaced Solo Leveling as the mindless yet excellent quality hype anime.
And yeah, this is from China which is great to see. The potential of future Chinese Donghua industry is insane.
