This is their green-light. They're saying they're no longer going to look into hate crimes against trans folks.

Learn self-defense. That's not just training with firearms, carrying a gun, or knowing martial arts; It's also situational awareness, deescalation, Buddy system infrastructure, go bags, and much more. Get prepared.
