That's a rig for moving sick or distressed cows to a barn for medical intervention so they don't die out in a random paddock. They're either strapped underneath or cradled into a net.

Of all the images to use, ironically this one is showcasing human ingenious to save an animal, cause you know that vet treatment is gonna be advanced too.

You say that as if an oat milkshake wasn't bad for both, plants and animals, considering you need an earthquake to shake the oat.

[–] ElcaineVolta@kbin.melroy.org 8 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

as if this image is somehow less cruel than the actual process.

[–] Remember_the_tooth@lemmy.world 8 points 2 weeks ago

That was my take, too.

"Ha, ha. What if milkshake require animal abuse?"

"Oh, buddy, let me tell you."

I say this as a non-vegan, so take it with a grain of salt.

Yes, and you liberals can cry as much about it as you want, but I'll continue to enjoy my milkshakes. By the way, if you dare to shandenfreude-post the moment Project2025 will ban my favorite video games and I'll be crashing out on the web, I call you extremely rude! /s
