The head of Severomorsk, Vladimir Yevmenkov, denies that any explosions occurred in the city. According to him, this information does not correspond to reality.

"As of now, the situation is stable. No threats have been recorded. Do not panic and trust only verified sources of information," he wrote on social media.

So this absolutely happened then. If you want to know the truth, just assume the opposite of what the Russian government says.
