/c/TenForward: Your home-away-from-home for all things Star Trek!
Re-route power to the shields, emit a tachyon pulse through the deflector, and post all the nonsense you want. Within reason of course.
~ 1. No bigotry. This is a Star Trek community. Remember that diversity and coexistence are Star Trek values. Any post/comments that are racist, anti-LGBT, or generally "othering" of a group will result in removal/ban.
~ 2. Keep it civil. Disagreements will happen both on lore and preferences. That's okay! Just don't let it make you forget that the person you are talking to is also a person.
~ 3. Use spoiler tags. This applies to any episodes that have dropped within 3 months prior of your posting. After that it's free game.
~ 4. Keep it Trek related. This one is kind of a gimme but keep as on topic as possible.
~ 5. Keep posts to a limit. We all love Star Trek stuff but 3-4 posts in an hour is plenty enough.
~ 6. Try to not repost. Mistakes happen, we get it! But try to not repost anything from within the past 1-2 months.
~ 7. No General AI Art. Posts of simple AI art do not 'inspire jamaharon'
~ 8. No Political Upheaval. Political commentary is allowed, but please keep discussions civil. Read here for our community's expectations.
Fun will now commence.

It still blows my mind that a show like Muppet Babies, aimed at small children, would include a clip & reference from Aliens. I guess maybe they were for the parents watching with their kids?
Then again, when I was in the 4th grade I had RoboCop, Terminator and Aliens toys/action figures soooooooo
The original Muppet babies show is unnecessarily hard to find. As far as I know, it's never seen a release on VHS, DVD, Blu-ray, or any streaming service. It personally drives me crazy because I love the Muppets. The only source for the episodes now seems to be old VHS recordings off the TV when they were airing.

You didn't hear it from me, though.
That's not too bad of quality. Thanks! This show is begging for a digital remaster though.
When MSM fails to preserve media, the responsibility is upon the people to make an archival effort.
that is to say, YARRRR!🏴☠️
Yarr mateys
I think the issue is licensing the clips of other media they sometimes composite with the animated characters, green-screen style. To stream or release on home media, they’d need to either renegotiate with each rights holder, animate some replacement, or chop those bits out of the episode. It’s just too much work for too little return.
worf and kirk , laforge and spock and... chewie??
That’s Doctor Dog Bones.
No, seriously.
Oh wait, I just saw Fozzie Bear. Wtf. They did do a Star Wars episode as well, so maybe they did a cross over episode?
Woobaca the Cookie.
fascinating
Gonzo wearing Spock ears just seems too apropos.
