It’s also in the middle of summer too rn when the sun doesn’t set until 9pm.
This happened in February, but it is clearly still light out. Cop said they should be on because of the weather anyways (that he must’ve been imagining), not because it was dark.

They try to claim he reached for a knife on the floor, the video is pretty clear in the fact that he is no threat and isn't reaching for anything from before the window is broken till after he is dragged out.
In fact, it's very clear his entire intent is to try to make it impossible for them to claim he was reaching for something. And they still claimed it... like, if he had complied and reached to take off his seatbelt, they probably would have shot him...
