i was gonna say that the only country that hasn't done a genocide or ethnic cleansing in this list is gabon, but like with such esteemed company no wait maybe those bastards actually did something

Gabon is practically a micro-state like Tuvala or Micronesia with no real foreign policy or economic strength. They essentially cash in their status as a country to bribe powers through gestures like these and UN votes. Gabon is still under strong French control and is not meaningfully sovereign.
