So I'm sure to some this may not look as appetizing as French toast or some other indulgent breakfast. But something I'm learning for myself is once you get into a routine of eating healthy, you actually get a little "brain tickle" for it. Like I look at this breakfast and go "that's going to taste great" AND my body is going to feel amazing after I eat it.

Good stuff thanks for the healthy food inspiration.

Aren't those Nigella seeds?

If they are Chia (or anyone wants to make this with Chia), make sure they're properly soaked. They're so thirsty for water they can cause some awful bowel problems if you eat them dry.
