It's really just something that I learned recently and thought was interesting, which happened to be relevant to this post.
Just in the interests of everyone getting along, I think you should have opened with that context. Your first post sounds like you're arguing that women weren't oppressed or something. It was interesting to read about though, and I'm glad you shared it.
Fair enough, that was not my intention. I will admit that I find the format of this post to be kind of performative and pointless, so maybe that came across in my comment. That said, I do not disagree with the message or underlying sentiment.

They act just like the usa's political party... and say the others are the worst thing imaginable.
And once youve taken that step there isn't a lot that you wont do to them.
