Hey, so, uh, sorry if this isn't the right community. I'll remove the post in that case.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure I've read a quote from Lenin on Hexbear some days ago about how revolution cannot be kickstarted only by the subjugated class' ideology, but by the ruling class' as well.

Did I dream that? Or is there an actual quote? And where is it from?

It's not explicitly about ideology, but this part from The Collapse of the Second International is frequently quoted

For a revolution to take place, it is usually insufficient for “the lower classes not to want” to live in the old way; it is also necessary that “the upper classes should be unable” to live in the old way
