As far as I know - it was simply a routine protest and the routine overreaction at an ICE facility.

Every night a bunch of people stand outside doing nothing really, then ICE teargasses them from their building and comes out to beat and pepper spray them on the public sidewalk.
The local police have done nothing in response to this blatant aggression against citizens on public property of course.
