ANOTHER RUN!!!!!!!!! WHAT THE FUCK IS UP!!!!
Still Mt shoulder is fucked up, and I'm just running a lot. But got sick so I missed 5 days. Today back at it though and had a good run!
still doin the same.. walk about 30 - 45 minutes a day with my partner, then 30 - 40 crunches at night
Hit a 315 squat for the first time! Now I just need to get that 405 deadlift and I'll have my 1-2-3-4 - i think it was because I stopped squatting and did a bunch of Bulgarians split squats and leg press. Sometimes time away from a goal is helpful
Havent been doing a pancake stretch as consistantly as I want, which is something I can change since it only takes 5 minutes to train and I can do it anywhere the floor is clean (enough).
Holy shit that's enormous
Motivation has left me for the past two weeks, but I'm trying to get back on track slowly. Maybe aiming for 5-7 days at the gym from the get go was way too much.
I'll try to take a long walk at 2-3 times this week, and only 2-3 days at the gym.
Sleeping well and waking earlier will definitely help. ~5am is my favorite time of the day to be active, it is still not scorching hot, and I'm not yet drained from work.
