This case, if done correctly, can be a game changer for a lot of us.

Well, he may be right about that, but probably not in the way he imagined.

“Correctly” is doing a huge lift in that sentence.

I find stuff like this really sad, like what happened to these people that they think normal laws don't apply.

A lot of them are self employed, and I think not having other people around you makes you more prone to get suckered.

It's the opposite... They believe in laws so hard they lose all common sense

The worst part is they're kinda right much of the time. A cop really isn't allowed to demand your ID just because you were driving, they are not supposed to have they ability.

The stuff they say about free travel isn't nonsense, it's actually a very important right we've allowed to be taken away

But obviously, you still have to show ID, because the law is nonsense. We learn it by gossiping, we enforce it based on what cops think is legal

Obviously, the court will not rule that capital one has to discharge the debt, because, lawful or not, our entire economy is based on debt

It's sad, because these people believe in the rules too hard... They haven't understood the absurdity of our society. They think underneath it all, there must be some kind of fairness

wait, why can't a cop ask to see your license to drive a dangerous machine at high speed?

cops (or a member of the equivalent enforcing body) can ask to see your hunting and fishing and boating licenses, what's the difference?

The "case law" is to become president to avoid legal processes against you, then abuse the fuck out of your new power in order to eliminate your responsibilities. A real time example of how to do this is occurring as we speak.

I hope he "has fun" enjoying the consequences of his actions.

"Nonpayment" of your debts will "get you fucked," just like the rest of us, sovcit.

They always have these "payment coupon" stuff to use, i wonder if they got shown a payment coupon by others and demand to accept as a payment.

Man getting a corporation to do something they're supposed to do is hard enough, getting them to do things that are batshit? Well, good luck

Reminds me of making it pay someone 1 trillion dollars.
