They issued him a cheap suit, an ugly shirt and gave him an unflattering haircut and somehow still failed to make him unphotogenic.
Mr. Mangione's attorney supplied the clothing, and the bureau of prisons merely inspected it.
And I love how the police are standing behind him in every picture. Like he's a flight risk or in danger from the public. He's only on danger of getting unlimited high fives and bottomless moist panties.
All those free drinks might kill him though.

Damn straight. There needs to be two lines. One for the ladies to make out with him and the other for the guys to high five him.

I've been in court. A lot. I've never seen a seated defendant flanked by armed cops. When heightened security is called for, it's present but not performative; it's functional. The level of theatricality they use is nuts.
They only make him look more badass. I mean even his fellow prisoners yelled from inside the prison 'free Luigi' to protestor and journalists outside.
He seems in good spirits today. I wonder why.
All the support and outpouring of love and encouragement, probably. I know that would keep my spirits up there.
Yeah probably. I hope he’s still enjoying his life even though he’s incarcerated.
