Giannis Antetokoumpo and his agent Alex Saratsis are having conversations with the Milwaukee Bucks about the two-time NBA MVP's future -- and discussing whether his best fit is staying or a move elsewhere, sources told ESPN on Wednesday.

A resolution to these talks is expected in the coming weeks, sources said, which will result in shaping if Antetokounmpo is available ahead of the Feb. 5 trade deadline.

He gone.

Anyone would take him of course. It he's not going somewhere who can't still compete with him after he goes there ala NY and Carmelo Anthony (not that NY is in the same spot now). Who is interesting as competitive while having draft Assets they could move? OKC? Spurs?

Apparently the Knicks tried in the offseason but didn’t make a good offer.

I don’t think OKC makes a big change like that given they’re the champs and have started out amazing.

I think the Spurs could make a good offer without gutting their team too much and pairing Wemby and Giannis would be great to watch. I’ve heard people say they shouldn’t speed up their timeline trading for Giannis but they already have Fox who isn’t super young and a player like Giannis doesn’t become available all that often.

Houston is another possibility but I haven’t seen how the math works on that yet.

Edit:

Houston would have to trade Sengun and Van vleet but I think they do that for a chance to knock off OKC.

Warriors have a lot of first and could trade Kuminga and Green, could see them going all in on Currys last years.

Please just go Giannis. I'm not a Bucks fan, but everyone is tired of your bitching. The Bucks bend over backwards for you every time and if that is not enough then please show us how your legacy will be better on another team.
