If they go forward it'll be cheap and tawdry. There will be nothing triumphant about it except Trumps construction cronies getting vast amounts of cash while spending very little of it on the "Arch". I'm a bit pissed off that someone provided a french translation to Trump regarding France's "Arc de Triomphe". In France, it was built to honour their countrymen who fought to defend the republic. Trump's reason for it? "Fuck you, America" is all I can think of.
