I heard this shit back in Trump 1. Rapidly deteriorating! Months to live! He'll be replaced by his body double, Alec Baldwin, the moment there's a distraction!

His Truth Social posts are far more manic than ever. This was a thing that accelerated toward the end of his first Presidency. Now he's gone from a dozen or so posts a night to pushing 200.

His funky gait is undeniable, and many doctors have pointed to it. Watch him swing his leg out in a semicircle. Many doctors have pointed to that as a clear symptom of frontal cortex dementia.
And FFS, just listen to him speak. He has never struggled like he does today. Watch the Prime Minister of Japan lead him around like a toddler. If our grandfather was acting like this we would have had him in a home 2-years ago. My take is that he really started crashing around 2022. We'll let the historians shake that out. :)
And FWIW, I was dating a nurse during Trump 1.0. Her job is caring for elderly dementia and Alzheimer's patients. Trump's issues were clear as day to her.
