Loblaws is out of control
A sub devoted to highlighting the ridiculous cost of living in Canada right now. We’d like to thank our corporate overlord Galen Weston Jr. of Loblaws for continually raising grocery prices so he can get a big fat bonus cheque every year while the rest of Canadians struggle to make ends meet.
Luckily Co-op exists in my part of the country.
East of here there aren’t a lot of options that aren't on OP's list.
And in smaller cities and towns across the country they have even fewer options to choose from.
Fun fact Jim Pattison donated thousands to the bc liberals before contribution limits were enacted.
