All this "skulls and blood, I am a wolf among the sheep" stuff is going to become very funny once the inevitable starts happening
that's an extinct dodo and perhaps a California Condor (previously declared extinct in the 80s but has been making a comeback due to successful recovery programs)

While I like your analysis, it's probably just two vultures. Dodo's had much smaller wings than what is depicted on the left bird
