That, and many of these businesses have local subsidiaries, so be wouldn't really have the power to "cut them off" in any real sense without some kind of legislation making out illegal for them to operate outside the US. Our oligarchs would never allow their representatives in government to approve that legislation.
and this is my thoughts another US invading Greenland....the moment that happens the US military is kicked out of the EU and all that $ that is spent on maintaining the bases are gone...and the war machine profiteers won't accept that
Hoping for it.
We'll have a month of absolute chaos where businesses scramble to migrate everything to european alternatives (that already exist, mostly). Then we'll have a web without murrican shit.
Also, our fascist terminally online assholes will probably commit suicide when they see that their echo-chambers are gone.
