Seeing as they burned down a mosque and then shot down people who tried to put it out. I'm not sure this is a religion thing.

Maybe if the empire stops existentially threatening the Iranian government, less people would die.

I‘m happy I don’t live in Iran. I‘m not stating that the government of Iran is a moral entity. But throwing oil on a conflict, usually just makes stuff worse.

And remember The West doesn’t care about middle-eastern lives, any appeal to morality is a smoke screen to achieve geo-strategic goals.
