These don't seem like full blown insults to me, just phrases that politely say you disagree with whatever the person said.

An example of an insult would be "Shut the fuck up, you fuck knuckle dumb cunt".

But saying that to your friends is also OK and a term of endearment.

Nothing hurts as much as the disappointed "mate..."

"yeah okay mate" translated to canadian is "yeah sure bud"

Take off, eh!

Not an insult but one of my favourites is when it’s raining; “wet enough to bog a duck.” Don’t know if it’s Aussie exclusive but always gets a chuckle out of me.

Cunt can be both an insult and a compliment, tone changes everything.

Flog is medium grade

You sound like a constipated cow in labour was popular when I was in high school. As was Gay, unfortunately.

Yeah the gay slur has really come full circle now. In jealous of my gay mates with their lack of women problems.

"ok champ" and "righto chief" aren't really specific phrases. Champ, chief, tiger, and sport are common nouns like mate, boss, brother, et cetera. These are the same as "yeah sure mate", "whatever dude".

I've never heard anyone actually say any of the others.

I've heard most of these when I was younger on the tools or playing sport. Rarely hear these now from anyone under 50
