"As revolutionaries, we don't have the right to say that we're tired of explaining. We must never stop explaining. We also know that when the people understand, they cannot but follow us. In any case, we, the people, have no enemies when it comes to peoples. Our only enemies are the imperialist regimes and organizations." Thomas Sankara, 1985

I hope you guys donate to the flotilla. https://nuestraamericaflotilla.org/

I don't know about common, but a W is a W.

Regardless of my criticism on his holding water for the DNC, I'll say that using his platform to bring attention to the Cuba Flotilla is a good thing.

I hope Communists use his platform to their advantage as there will likely be a lot of them on the flotilla as well.

As a rabid content creator hater, I feel a need to be fair and give credit where it's due.

I hope this will encourage others as well.

Did not expect this from him tbh. Mad respect.

I would say medium-rare W from Hasan, want to see him feet-on-the-ground in Havana first.

Still, very nice of him.

Him just being there is whatever, ultimately it's also just more content for him, which he will make money from. I want to see him use a substantial part of his fortune to provide actual material help. Until that happens i will reserve judgement on whether this is based or not.

I'm like the opposite of Hassan I have no wealth and I help people with no camera on and nobody likes me. I try to avoid dumping identities like that, but for context where I'm coming from I think that's important.

Even if he donated majority of his wealth it wouldn't save much. He's too poor to make a dent in this. Real change would look something like every Celebrity in America immediately announcing attending and organizing ships in tandem Swiftly. Which we both know is never going to happen.

It's just that the tendency to punch ~~down~~ sorry I meant to the left, doesn't help anyone. Someone could just as easily critique me for being a fake poser because if I was a real socialist I'd be in jail or dead.

Meanwhile, his biggest hater Tectone is currently busy making videos about white male hating judges after losing a civil case to his ex that he abused and raped. Feels good to be rooting for the right people.

And we also need a flotilla for Sudan and Congo too...

How do normal people get a hold of oil though? Or will they not be bringing that? It makes me really happy regardless.

[–] Salah@hexbear.net 20 points 3 days ago

Oil isn’t the only thing needed in Cuba. I think it’s mostly medical supplies that get brought in through these kinds of efforts.
