FYI this video is made by a satirical artist named Diana who makes a ton of content that mixes AI and voice generation to create these kind of creepy dissociative pieces. She has a pretty good series using GTA4 to make short movies about stereotypical groups of car owners with Truck Lovin' MAGA guys and Subaru Granola Libs.
