I believe it is a play on goyim, the hebrew word for gentiles. I think the entire post is ironic, so it is a lampoon on the antisemitism of the lookmaxxing and manosphere community.

Perhaps you meant that you were mogging the... employees or you were negging them. Because if you were jestermaxxing, then you would have lost all of your frame and, in so doing, made them laugh. So the jobcels wouldn't have been big mad in the first place.
