Bready is a community for anything related to making homemade bread!
Bloomers, loafs, flatbreads, rye breads, wheat breads, sourdough breads, yeast breads - all fermented breads are welcome! Vienesse pastries like croissants are also welcome because technically they're breads too.

I usually shape the bagels around four fingers to get the hole the right size.

Yeah if two raccoons can pass through it at the same time you’re doing it right.
I have never been able to get them to maintain that shape, or to rise like that. They do taste good at least.
