Nice to be able to start peppers so late in the year! I started my nightshades back in January and they pretty much all died of damping off. Never using that brand of coconut coir again.

Uhh… late…?
My last frost is end of May, this’ll give me 8-12 weeks depending on how early the last frost is. May can upwards of 30 during the day, but still freezing overnight. And there’s pretty good chance it snows the last weekend of May too.
I’m getting them started early for my season, so they can be decently sized by the time I harden then transplant them.
What are the green squares you are using called?
Rockwool cubes. I grow in Aeroponics too, so these are dual purpose.
It adds filler to the soil when I transplant them.
Well. Hung and hot the first to sprout 🥵
Hope you have many peppers this summer!
I’m hoping too, the climate makes it tough, but always worth a try.
It’s a Hungarian hot wax, mild for stuff like salads and cold climate, last year none lasted, but hey.
HUNG.HOT.
Gonna be a sexyazz garden this year
