Links must be to the original source, not an aggregator like Google Amp, MSN, or Yahoo.

Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
  2. Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
  3. No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
  4. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
  5. No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

That's all the rules!

Also:

"I didn't want to hit the pipes because, you know, years of work to put them together," he added. "It's dead militarily now, totally. Every military area … they've fled."

And

Trump said by phone Monday that "the oil prices will drop like a rock" as soon as the war is over.

When asked by PBS News when exactly that would be, Trump said, "Well, as soon as the war is over and it won't … I don't believe it will be long."

So we're at war with a country that has no military?

We're asking for NATO help to secure the Strait of Hormuz for a military that has all fled?

I mean isn't a war over when the opposing military completely dead?

Where the hell is my lower gas prices because it just went up this morning.

No military and yet they just hit the US Embassy in Baghdad.

Iran can poke and probe US defenses, time's on their side. Look at Ukraine and Russia. Despite five years of attrition, both have greatly expanded their strike capabilities in the midst of a war. You can decentralize drone production and hide it underground very easily.

That's because the President has no control over gas price changes. Even when he bombs the shit out of a small country.

This is incorrect as Orange man previously informed me that Biden was responsible for the price of gas.

How does he do Sleepy Joe and yet be so powerful? It's unpossible!

He really wants to distract from the Epstein files.

He gives it away even with his warmongering though because he struck two girls schools. Showing he just wants to fuck little kids no matter what.

The saddest upvote I've had to give. So far.

So if they have no military is it still a war or more of an invasion? I don't think the US is on the right side of history with this invasion.

as soon as the war is over

So they've already given up pretending like they haven't declared an illegal war?

I see they 'obliterated' it the first time in the same sense that they 'obliterated' Iran's nuclear programme last year

No one involved in this wants those refineries to be damaged. Damaging them would be a sure fire way to make sure oil prices don't drop once this is over. Iran will call this bluff.

Having the place rigged with explosives might be an option.
